Our Story
After building a very successful property maintenance company and providing our customers with a true one-call property maintenance experience, we were always unable to extend our services beyond the water’s edge. At the beginning of 2025 the right opportunity presented itself to solve this challenge. The Croix Companies were able to acquire the service department of Brainerd Lakes Dock and Lift. We saw this as an excellent opportunity to expand our service offerings and to truly become Your One-Call Service Provider.
